Before use, herbal pouches are best stored in a cool, dry, and dark place to ensure they last as long as possible. After use, once they have cooled and dried, the herbal pouches can be stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator until the next use. Before use, the herbal pouches are removed from the packaging and heated in steam for about 20 minutes. Important: Do not place them directly in warm water, as this will cause valuable ingredients to escape. Once the herbal pouches have cooled to a tolerable temperature, they can be gently pressed onto the body in circular, massaging motions.
